双功超声加声学造影诊断下腔静脉综合征(附78例分析)

Diagnosis of Inferior Vena Cava Syndrome by Duplex Doppler Sonograpliy and Contrast Ultrasonography (Analysis of 78 cases)

目的:系统深入地探讨下腔静脉(IVC)综合征的超声表现,提高显像水平。材料与方法:研究分析78例经X线造影、手术或/和其它影像学检查手段证实的IVC综合征患者双功超声加声学造影检查的资料。结果:超声初诊符合率为84.61％,复诊符合率为100％,其具体病型、性质、程度、病因、部位的判断准确率分别为100％、96.15％、92.31％、96.15％、94.87％。切面图基本征象①21.79％隔膜阻塞②30.76％炎性或纤维性狭窄③16.67％血栓或癌栓阻塞④15.38％外压性狭窄⑤2.56％肿瘤阻塞⑥12.82％混合阻塞。结论:脉冲多普勒及IVC声学造影可进一步帮助明确诊断。

Purpose: To analyse the ultrasonic appearances for IVC. Materials and Methods: Seventy-eight cases of IVC proved by X-ray with contrast media, operations or other methods were examined by Duplex Doppler sonography and contrast ultrasonography. Results: The accordante rate of first examination was 84.61 % . Ultrasonic diagnostic accordant rate of repeated examination was 100% . The accuracy rates of the disease type, quality, degree, cause and position were 100% , 96.15% , 92. 31% , 96.15% and 94.87% respectively. The signs of the sectional pictures showed ① 21. 79% diaphram membraneouo obstruction,② 30.76% inflammatory fibrous stenosis,③3 16.67% thrombus, cancer embo-lus obstruction,④15. 38% external compresive stenosis, ⑤ 2. 56% tumor obstruction, ⑥ 12. 82% mixed obstruction. Conclusion: Doppler and IVC contrast ultrasonography were helpful for the diagnosis of IVC syndrome.
