祛风止痒颗粒抗过敏止痒抗炎作用研究

Experimental study on pharmacodynamics of Qufengzhiyang Granule

目的:研究祛风止痒颗粒的抗过敏、止痒及抗炎作用。方法:用二甲基亚砜和桂皮酸致豚鼠耳肿胀,观察祛风止痒颗粒对非免疫性接触性荨麻疹的影响;用抗血清致大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒,观察祛风止痒颗粒抗变态反应的作用;用外源性药物致动物皮肤瘙痒和炎症反应,观察祛风止痒颗粒对动物皮肤瘙痒、耳肿胀及皮肤毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:祛风止痒颗粒2.3、4.6和9.2g/kg能够对抗非免疫性接触性荨麻疹,抑制大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒,抑制右旋糖酐和4-氨基吡啶致小鼠皮肤瘙痒,增加豚鼠耐受磷酸组胺量,抑制二甲苯致耳肿胀及磷酸组胺致大鼠毛细血管通透性增加。结论:祛风止痒颗粒具有抗过敏、止痒及抗炎作用。

Objective： To study the effects of Qufengzhiyang Granule on anti-inflammatory,anti-pruritic and anti-allergic.Methods： The effects of Qufengzhiyang Granule on anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic were observed by several inflammatory and pruritic models such as ears swelling of mice,the capillary penetrability of rats and skin pruritus of experimental animal.The effects of Qufengzhiyang Granule on urtiearia with non-immunity were obsered by ears swelling of guinea pig induced by DMSO and CA;influence on hypertrophy cells of periosteum of skull in rats were also studied.Results： Qufengzhiyang Granule has restrictive effects on ears swelling of guinea pig induced by DMSO and CA,can inhibit anaphylaxis on hypertrophy cells of periosteum of skull in rats caused by antiserum.Conclusion： Qufengzhiyang Granule has anti-inflammatory,anti-pruritic and anti-allergic effects.
