摘要
胆系泥沙样结石又名微小结石、胆泥,在胆囊及肝内外胆管中均可出现,在临床可无任何症状,也可导致胆绞痛、急性胰腺炎、胆囊炎等,其在各种影像学检查中假阴性率高、易复发。现就目前的各种影像学检查方法及其优缺点进行综述。
Biliary sludge is referred to as microlithiasis or sludge appearing in gallbladder and common bile duct.It may be asymptomatic in clinical,but may develop biliary-type pain,acute pancreatitis or cholecystitis,and easy to recur.False-negative rate of biliary sludge in various imaging examinations remain high.Imaging examinations and their merits and faults to diagnose biliary sludge were reviewed in this paper.
