射野验证片分析软件对头颈部肿瘤放射治疗摆位误差分析的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:使用自行研制的射野验证软件(EMRT)对头颈肿瘤放疗的摆位误差进行分析,探讨其实际应用价值。方法:将接受头颈部放射治疗的35例患者模拟定位和治疗摆位的射野验证照片,扫描输入EMRT软件进行中心点摆位误差分析,并与常规人工方法分析的摆位误差相比较。结果:35例患者的射野中心点在X轴的摆位误差,采用EMRT软件及常规人工方法进行分析的结果相似(1.36±1.60)mmvs(1.37±1.72)mm,t=0.18,P=0.86,而在Y轴的摆位误差的结果也相似(0.59±1.85)mmvs(0.53±1.89)mm,t=1.30,P=0.20。结论:与常规人工方法相比较,采用EMRT软件进行头颈部肿瘤放射治疗摆位误差分析方法简便、结果可靠,可作为头颈部肿瘤放射治疗摆位验证的快速工具。 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application of EMRT software in set-up verification of radiotherapy treatment for head and neck cancer. METHODS: Simulation and portal films under treatment positioning of 35 patients who were received radiotherapy for head and neck cancer were scaned and input to the EMRT software. Positioning errors were analyzed with the software and compared with the results of conventional manual measurement. RESULTS: The set-up deviation from the beam center measured by EMRT was similar to that by manual inspection in both X-axis (1.36±1.60) mm vs (1.37±1.72) mm, t=0.18, P=0.86, and similar in Y-axis (0.59±1.85) mm vs (0.53±1.89) mm, t=1.30, P=0.20. CONCLUSION:The EMRT software is convenient and reliable to analyze the set-up deviation in radiotherapy for head and neck treatment, and it can be used as a rapid tool for set-up verification in radiation treatment of head and neck cancer.
