新疆阜康牧区哈萨克族人群高血压的群体流行病学研究

Epidemiology Study on Hypertension of Kazakh in Pasture Area of Fukang,Xinjiang

目的了解新疆阜康牧区高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率及其危险因素。方法采用多级随机抽样的方法对新疆阜康牧区30～70岁哈萨克族人群进行高血压流行病学调查。结果该人群中高血压年龄标化患病率为46.8%,高血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率分别为51.4%、25.9%和1.6%;高血压患病率男性高于女性而高血压知晓率男性低于女性(P<0.05),高血压治疗率和控制率男性也低于女性,但差异无统计学意义;高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率随年龄增长而增加(P<0.01);高血压控制率>60岁年龄段最高,30～40次之,>50～60年龄段最低;Logistic分析提示随年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇和空腹血糖的增加,患高血压的危险也增加(P<0.01)。结论新疆阜康牧区哈萨克族人群高血压患病率高,而治疗率及控制率很低。年龄、BMI、总胆固醇和空腹血糖增高是该人群患高血压的主要危险因素。

Objective To investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control rate of hypertension in general Kazakh population in the pasture area of Fukang,Xinjiang.Methods A population-based,cross-sectional study in a general Kazakh population （aged 30-70 years） was performed via multi-stage sampling.Results The age-adjusted prevalence,awareness,treatment and control rate of hypertension in Kazakh were 46.8%,51.4%,25.9% and 1.6% respectively.The age-adjusted prevalence of hypertension in male Kazakh was significantly higher than that in females despite the fact that the awareness rate （P〈0.05） and treatment and control rate in males were relatively lower （P〈0.05）.The prevalence,awareness and treatment rate showed an age-related increase （P〈0.01）.The control rate was highest in age60 group and was lowest in 50-60 group.Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that age,body mass index,total cholesterol and fasting blood glucose were contributing risk factors to hypertension （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in Kazakh population in pasture area of Fukang,Xinjiang is high,while the treatment and control rate were quite low.The age,body mass index,total cholesterol,and fasting blood glucose are major risk factors for hypertension in the Kazakh population in the pasture area of Fukang,Xinjiang.
