分析了国有企业传统激励系统方面存在的突出问题和弊端,提出岗位激励、人才价格激励机制、精神激励机制等企业人才激励机制创新对策。
This article highlights the problems existed in traditional talent incentive systems,and provides new strategies to incent talent in aspects include job position,prices and spiritual encourage.
