大肠癌中C-erbB-2基因扩增的研究

THE STUDY OF THE AMPLIFICATION OF C-erbB-2 GENE IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

应用差异ＰＣＲ技术研究了大肠癌中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因的扩增情况。结果发现，大肠癌组织中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因存在明显扩增，该基因的扩增与大肠癌组织学分级、远处转移之间均有非常显著的关联。大肠癌中随着癌组织学分级程度的加重，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因扩增逐渐向高、低拷贝转移，说明，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因扩增在一定程度上反映着大肠癌分化状态和生物学行为，可作为大肠癌患者预后的重要参数，并可指导临床治疗。

The amplification of c-erbB-2 gene in colorectal carcinoma was studied by differential PCR technique. The results showed that the poorer the histologic was, the lower and /or higher copy of the c-erbB-2 gene amplification was transferred. The amplification was significantly higher in the patients with distant metastasis transfer than that in no-distant metastasis transfer. It suggested that the amplification of c-erbB-2 gene reflects the differentiation state and biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma to some extent.
