摘要
目的了解维生素D受体基因FokⅠ位点多态性在广西地区儿童中的分布。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术和基因测序技术,检测268名广西地区儿童的维生素D受体基因FokⅠ位点多态性。结果维生素D受体基因型FF、Ff、ff在研究人群的分布频率分别为29.85%、48.13%、22.02%,F、f等位基因频率为54.66%和45.34%。结论中国广西地区儿童维生素D受体基因FokⅠ多态性分布频率有其自身的特点。
Objective To investigate distribution of polymorphism in vitamin D receptor(VDR) gene FokⅠ site of Guangxi children.Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method and DNA sequencing technology were used to analyze the VDR genotype of 268 children in Guangxi region.Results The genotype of FF,Ff and ff was 29.85%,48.13%,and 22.02%,respectively.The allelic frequency of F and f was 54.66% and 45.34%,respectively.Conclusions Distribution of polymorphism of VDR gene FokⅠsite in Guangxi children exhibits its own characteristics.
