摘要
鼠源性单克隆抗体由于可引起免疫反应而逐渐被人源化抗体所替代,人源化抗体为人类疾病的研究起到了重大的推动作用。抗体技术也从最初的嵌合抗体、改型抗体等逐步发展为今天的人抗体。本文就人源化抗体的构建、表达以及其在医学领域的应用做详细论述。
Humanized antibody instead of mouse monoclonal antibody for mouse monoclonal antibody can cause immune effect. Mouse monoclonal antibody has greatly impacted the development of research on human disease. Antibody techniques have developed from chimerism antibody and reshaped antibody humanized antibody. Antibody humanization has become an attracted significant research. Moreover,there is much medicine of Humanized antibody on the stage of clinical use or research. Recent progress on clinical uses and research of Humanized antibody are more important.
