摘要
对42℃温水浸泡且低温处理24h的油松种子,在不同浓度的干旱胁迫和CaCl2条件下进行萌发实验。通过对油松种子发芽率指标的测定,结果表明,不同条件的混合浸种对油松种子萌发均有显著影响(p(0.01),并且呈现一定的相关规律。
42℃ warm water to soak and 24-hour cold treatment tabulaeformis seed,percentage in different concentrations of drought stress and different concentrations of CaCl2 germination under the experimental conditions.Results showed that soaking a mixture of different conditions for seed germination tabulaeformis physiological indicators have a significant impact,and a certain amount of relevant laws.
