摘要
中国是一个人口大国,改革开放后社会经济发展迅速,而水资源量有限、水环境污染加剧,随着全球变暖趋势的明朗化,水灾害的频率、灾损都在加大。本文分析了中国目前面临的水危机及其形成原因,并提出了解决的对策。
