摘要
目的 研究CD90、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)在增生性瘢痕中的表达,并分析CD90表达与TGF-β1、α-SMA表达的相关性.方法 自2008年9月至2009年6月,随机选取18例增生性瘢痕患者,应用免疫组化技术分别检测CD90、TGF-β1、α-SMA在18例增生性瘢痕(A组)、18例增生性瘢痕与正常皮肤交界处(B组)、18例正常皮肤(C组)标本中的表达水平,并行统计学分析.结果 免疫组化结果 显示,CD90、TGF-β1、α-SMA在A、B组中有较高的阳性表达,两组相比其差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而在C组中仅有少量的阳性表达,与A、B两组相比其差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);统计显示,在A组中CD90的表达和与TGF-β1、α-SMA的表达具有显著正相关性.结论 CD90可能是瘢痕异常增生的特异表型,且CD90与TGF-β1、α-SMA在增生性瘢痕中存在一定的正相关性.
Objective To study the expression of CD90, TGF-β1 and α-SMA in hypertrophic scars, and analyze the correlation analysis between CD90 expression and TGF-β1, α-SMA expression. Methods From September 2008 to June 2009, immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expression of CD90, TGF-β1 and α-SMA in hypertrophic scars ( 18 cases, Group A) , juncture of hypertrophic scar and normal skin (18 cases, Group B) and normal skin (18 cases, Group C), All the results were analyzed statistically. Results Immunohistochemisty showed that expression of CD90, TGF-β1 and α-SMA was high in Group A and Group B, but there was no significantly statistical difference between them ( P 〉 0.05) ; a little expression in Group C, and they had a significantly statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05) compared with Group A and Group B ; Statistical analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation of CD90 expression with that of TGF-β1 and α-SMA in Group A. Conclusion CD90 may be specifically phenotypes related to scar formation, and CD90 has positive correlation with that of TGF-β1 and α-SMA in hypertrophic scar.
