热处理和添加Cu对51CrV4弹簧钢力学性能的影响

摘要 研究了热处理工艺和添加Cu元素对高速列车用51CrV4弹簧钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,实验用钢的相变点随着升温速度的增加而提高;随着回火温度的升高,实验用钢的硬度和强度均下降,伸长率、面缩率和冲击值略有增加;钢中加入0.15%~0.20%的Cu元素有利于提高钢的硬度,减弱了回火温度变化对强度的影响;实验用钢在460~500℃范围回火时,其力学性能均满足EN13298∶2003标准要求。 The effect of heat-treatment and copper addition on mechanical properties of a 51CrV4 spring steel for high-speed trains was investigated.The results show that the phase transformation point of the steels is enhanced with increasing the heating rate.With the increase of tempering temperature,hardness and strength of the steel are reduced,while its ductility,area reduction and impact toughness are slightly improved.Copper addition of 0.15% —0.20 % in the steel is beneficial to improve the hardness and decrease the effect of tempering temperature on the strength.The 51CrV4 steels contaning Cu can all satisfy the mechanical property requirements of standard EN 13298:2003,when tempered at 460—500 ℃.
