摘要
在不同浸镀温度下制备了钢丝热浸镀Galfan镀层,运用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、电化学工作站研究了浸镀温度对钢丝还原法热镀Galfan(Zn-5%Al-RE合金)镀层厚度和组织的影响。结果表明,镀层界面层厚度随还原温度呈波浪形变化,在445℃处存在峰值;界面层主要由Fe2Al5、FeAl3组成,415~435℃镀层界面层中存在微量Al2O3;极化曲线分析表明,界面层存在扫描电镜下无法观察到的分层。
Hot-dip Galfan coatings were obtained by reducing technology at different dipping temperature.SEM,XRD,XPS and polarization curve were used to analyse the effect of dipping temperature on thickness and morphology of the Galfan coating.Results show that thickness of the interfacial layer changes in wave shape with the increase of the dipping temperature,which gets maximum at 445 ℃.The interfacial layer is mainly composed of Fe2 Al5 and FeAl3.A small amount of Al2 O3 is found in the interfacial layer at dipping temperature from 415 ℃ to 435 ℃.According to polarization curve,there is hierarchy in the interface layer.
