摘要
利用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件对易切削非调质钢38MnVS中硫化物的析出进行计算模拟,并利用SEM对铸坯中MnS析出形貌进行观察,分析其析出规律。通过热力学计算得到38MnVS钢的相平衡等值图,并研究了C、Mn、Si、S、V各元素含量的变化对MnS平衡析出规律的影响;利用Scheil-Gulliver模块模拟了38MnVS钢的凝固过程;通过对38MnVS连铸坯中硫化物三维形貌的观察,结果表明:从铸坯边缘到中心的1/2处,硫化物形貌渐变,由杆状变成片状,再到中心变成杆状、片状共存;杆状、片状硫化物均为共晶反应产物;当合金含量较高时,杆状硫化物向片状硫化物转变。
Phase diagram and sulphide precipitation of a free-cutting microalloyed steel 38MnVS were calculated using Thermo-Calc thermodynamic software,and the effects of lariation of C,Mn,Si,S and V content on precipitation behavior of MnS was studied.The morphology of MnS was observed by using SEM.The simulation of solidification process of steel 38MnVS was done using Scheil-Gulliver model.Based on the observation of the three-dimensional morphology of sulfides in concasting billet of steel 38MnVS,it is indicated that the morphology of sulphide gradually changes from being elongated at the billet edges to laminar in the half from billet edge to centre,and elongated and laminar sulphide is observed in the center of billet.The elongated sulfide and the laminar sulfide formed due to eutectic reaction.Higher alloy elements content in the steel results in the morphology of sulfide changing from the elongated to the laminar.
