摘要
明代宗藩内部的勾心斗角,相互倾害,同宗相残,司空见惯,亲郡王、将军、中尉参与其中。但在中后期,中下层宗室的不服管束和为害成了更为突出的社会问题,中下层宗室犯罪的原因很复杂,其中,有亲郡王对中下层宗室犯罪的影响,这种影响有根源于亲郡王自身的腐败,有起因于个人恩怨的挟私报复和对中下层宗室的无端迫害,也有因为亲郡王管理能力的缺失。
It is common to see that people intrigued against one another, dog eat dog inside royal clan of Ming Dynasty, with princes, general and lieutenant all participated in. But during mid and late periods, the lower level royal clan refused to accept management and this harm became a more prominent social issue. The causes of the crimes of royal clan were complicated, among which was the influence of princes＇ attitudes towards crimes of lower level royal clan. The influence had roots in princes＇ own corruption, or was due to some princes who used their position to redress personal grievances and exert persecution to lower level imperial clan for no reason, and also because of princes＇ insufficiency of management.
