摘要
岗位责任制是现代化管理行之有效的重要手段,也是图书馆管理科学的一个重要方面。高职院校图书馆制定岗位责任制,应从科学管理、切实可行的实际出发,合理设置岗位,制定明确的标准和定额,注意各部门间的横向联系,并严格考核,奖惩结合。
The system of personal responsibility is the modern management effective important means and also a library management science important aspect. The colleges and universities library formulation system of personal responsibility, should embark from the scientific management, the practical and feasible reality , reasonable establishment post, formulation explicit standard and fixed quantity, pay attention to crosswise relation between the various departments' and strict inspection, rewards and punishment union.
