了解南方医科大学医学检验专业本科生临床生物化学检验考试的总体情况,促进教学方法的改进和教学质量的提高。采用抽样的方法分析南方医科大学49名2007级医学检验本科临床生物化学检验期末考试试卷。试卷难度、区分度和信度分别为0.66,0.20和0.63。试卷平均分66.74分,标准差7.95。该试卷反映了学生对临床生物化学检验的掌握程度,难度适中,区分度良好,信度略低,为今后提高试卷命题水平及调整教学安排提供了经验。

To learn the overall results of clinical biochemistry laboratory examination of undergraduates of Department of Laboratory Medicine in Southern Medical University and to help improving teaching methods and quality. Sampling method was used to select 49 final examination papers of clinical biochemistry laboratory from grade 2007 undergraduates of Department of Laboratory Medicine in Southern Medical University. Difficulty,discrimination and reliability were 0. 66,0. 20 and 0. 63,respectively. Average score of papers was 66. 74 points,standard deviation was 7. 95. The papers comprehensively reflected students＇command of the course,the examination papers had a somewhat good evaluation of moderate difficulty,good discrimination and slightly lower reliability,It provide some experience for teachers to upgrade the level of examination paper preparation and adjust teaching arrangement in the future.
