金属钴卟啉催化分子氧氧化环己烯性能研究 被引量:1

Substituted Cobalt Porphyrin Catalyzed Oxidation of Cyclohexene with Molecular Oxygen Properties

摘要 合成了5-(2-羟基苯基)-10,15,20-三(4-硝基苯基)钴卟啉配合物(HTNPPCoⅡ),利用FT-IR,UV-Vis,XPS进行了结构分析并应用于催化分子氧氧化环己烯反应.结果表明,在70℃时环己烯的转化率达到94%,转化数达到14500 mol/mol,对2-环己烯-1-酮(C=O)的选择性达到73%,并详细考察了反应时间对环己烯催化氧化反应的影响及催化剂的重复使用性. Coordination compound of 5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tri(4-nitro-phenyl) Cobalt(Ⅱ) prophyrin(HTNPPCoⅡ) was synthesized.The ligand and the corresponding coordination compound were characterized by the FT-IR,UV-Vis,XPS and TG-DTA,their catalytic activities in oxidation of cyclohexene with molecular oxygen were discussed.The results showed that cyclohexene conversion rate and turnover number reached 94% and 14500 mol/mol at 70℃ respectively,selectivity for 2-cyclohexene-1-one(C=O) to 73%.Additionally,recycling times and catalytic oxidation activity of catalyst were studied.
