关于少数民族农村劳动力转移的研究——以铜仁地区为例

On the Minority Rural Labor Force Transfer——A Case Study of Tongren Prefecture

结合铜仁地区劳动力转移的现状,对少数民族农村劳动力转移状况、趋势作了进一步的分析研究。少数民族农村劳动力外出务工,在带动当地经济逐步发展的同时,也对当地文化产生了一定的冲击。解决新生代农民工问题有待寻找到更切合实际的途径,应当进一步合理、有序地转移农村剩余劳动力,变资源优势为经济优势。

Combined with the labor force transfer status of Tongren prefecture, a further analysis of status and trends of the minority rural labor transfer is made in this article. While the minority immigrant rural labors develop the local economics, they also have a certain impact on the local culture. To solve the problem of new generation of immigrant workers, we should find the more realistic ways. The surplus rural labor should be transferred more rationally and orderly. Only in this way, can the resource advantage be changed into economic advantage.
