Evaluation of China's Path Choice of "Gradual Reform"

30年来中国"渐进改革"路径选择具有客观必然性。"渐进改革"路径下,权力主导下的改革,在取得巨大成就的同时也蕴涵着较大的问题和矛盾:"渐进改革"具有不彻底性;"渐进改革"缺乏可持续性;"渐进改革"导致利益分配不公;"渐进改革"缺乏动力机制;"渐进改革"在利益调整上存在内在冲突性。在评价渐进改革路径选择时,需要从多方面进行重新审视,需要从更长远、更深层次去评价中国改革的成绩和存在的问题。为了解决当前中国改革进程中存在的问题,必须深化制度变革,必须对渐进改革路径进行必要修正,"整体推进,重点突破"是当前以及今后一段时间转轨时期中国可供选择的理性路径。

In the past 30 years,it has been an objective necessity for the choice of China＇s ＂gradual reform＂.In the ＂gradual reform＂ path,the power-led reform has made great achievements but also contained the larger issues and contradictions at the same time.During the evaluation of the choice of gradual reform,we need re-examine many aspects,in the more long-term,evaluate the achievements and problems of the deeper reforms in China.In order to solve China＇s problems in current reform process,we must deepen the system reform and amend the gradual reform path necessarily.＂The overall progress,key breakthrough＂ may be a choice of rational path in the present and the future during the transition period in China.
