农机维修是农业现代化的重要组成部分,也是保障农业机械化发展的重要环节。但是在实际农机维修工作中,仍存在制度不完善、从业人员素质不高等问题,通过加强对农机维修网点的管理、注重对农机维修工作人员的培训、政府加大资金投入与政策扶持,保证农村经济工作的发展。

Machinery maintenance is an important part of agricultural modernization, but also guarantee the important link of the agricultural mechanization development.But in actual machinery maintenance work, there is still imperfect system ,personnel quality is not high, by strengthening the management of agricultural machinery maintenance outlets, pays great attention to the farm machinery maintenance personnel training, increasing investment and government policy support and guarantee of the development of rural economy.
