摘要
车架是汽车上重要的承载部件,车辆所受到的各种载荷最终都传递给车架,因此,车架结构性能的好坏直接关系到整车设计的成败。利用有限元分析软件,对某农用车车架进行了有限元分析,计算出了车架的应力分布、弯曲强度、和各阶振动模态,提出了改进意见,使其结构能够更好地满足强度和刚度要求,它对提高汽车动、静态性能和优化车身、车架结构设计,缩短新车开发周期,节约开发费用,均具有重要意义。
The frame is important to carry car parts, vehicles are subject to various load eventually passed to the frame, so the performance is good or bad frame structure is directly related to the success of vehicle design.Finite element analysis software, agricultural car chassis of a finite element analysis to calculate the stress distribution of the frame, bending strength, and the order vibration mode ,proposed improvements ,its structure to better meet strength and stiffness, improving its vehicle dynamic and static performance and optimize the body, frame design, shorten the development cycle, new car, saving development costs, are of great significance.
