随着世界金融一体化,资本市场开放成为一个国家发展经济的必经之路,伴随着中国开放政策起步,中国资本市场也有了渐进性的国际化发展。从考察资本市场渐进性国际化的程度入手,在理论上说明了资本市场渐进性开放对经济增长的内在原理,在引进外资上,要充分衡量不同方式的收益成本以其风险等,调整不同方式的比例,做到最大限度地利用外资来促进我国经济健康发展。

As the world financial integration, capital market liberalization as the only way a country＇s economic development, with the start of China＇s open policy, China＇s capital market has also been progressive international development.From the.study of international capital markets, the degree of progressive start, in theory, illustrates the gradual opening up capital markets, the inherent principles of economic growth ,the introduction of foreign capital,we should fully evaluate the cost benefits of different methods in its risk adjustment in different ways ratio, so that maximum use of foreign capital to promote the healthy development of our economy.
