隆回县属丘陵山区,近几年在国家各项惠农政策的推动下,水稻收割机机械化程度明显提高。但联合收割机的推广仍受诸多因素制约,如推广力度不够、农民购机资金不足,因此要加大财政投入和政策扶持力度、加强基地设施建设、完善土地流转机制、发展机收服务组织。
