Moldflow在注塑制品优化设计中的应用

Optimization of injection molding product design by Moldflow

针对注塑件在实际生产中所产生的短射缺陷,在调整成型工艺无法解决短射时,提出了制品结构设计改进方案。在更改前,应用Moldflow分别对改进方案进行模流分析,预测了改进方案的可行性,为制品设计及模具设计提供了重要依据。

For short of injection molded parts in actual production.When the short-shot can not be solved in adjusting molding process ,improvement programs of product structure design are proposed.Before the change, Mold flow analyses are separately done about improvement programs by Moldflow, and predict the feasibility of an improvement program.It provides an important basis for product design and die design.
