关于加强农民工教育培训的思考

加强对农民工的教育培训,提升农民工自身的人力资本,不仅能使农民工有效就业、增加收入和发展自我,还能促进农村剩余劳动力的转移,推进我国的城市化进程。近年来,农民工的教育培训工作取得了一定的成绩,但仍未达到形势发展的要求。只有不断提升其人力资本,才能使其有效就业及更高层次地发展,也才能更好地推动"三农"问题的解决和我国的城市化和现代化。

Strengthening education and training on migrant workers, upgrading their human capital, can not only make the effective employment of migrant workers, increase their income and self-development, but also will promote the transfer of rural surplus labor, promote the process of urbanization in China.In recent years, education and training on migrant workers has made certain achievements, but have not yet achieved the requirements of the developing situation.There are certain problems exist among government,enterprises ,the community,migrant workers themselves and the education and training system and its content.
