陪审制度是现代民主社会重要的一项司法制度,它有两种模式且这两种模式间存在许多差异。通过比较中借鉴而不是移植美国陪审团制度,从我国国情出发,客观分析和合理吸收美国陪审团制度的成功之处,以完善人民陪审制度,最终实现司法公正和司法民主的目标。

Jury system is a important system to a modern democratic society .It has two modes,and there are many differences between two models .The ultimate goal is to learn the Advantages from the United States rather than transplant from it. From the ground of China＇s national conditions ,we should analysis the success of the Unite States jury system reasonably and objectively in order to improve the people＇s jury system, and ultimately to achieve the purpose of judicial justice and democracy.
