摘要
为了解决通航密度大、窄航道以及航行线路复杂区域船舶通航的安全问题,以具有典型代表性的海坛海峡为例,探讨采用数字化航标——AIS虚拟航标帮助导航。采用泛函对航行转弯部分进行优化,获得合理的船舶转向航线函数,然后把AIS虚拟航标在电子海图中显示在航线两侧,以便于解决航行困难的问题。AIS虚拟航标能够将本身并不存在的航标利用基站的发射信号在ECDIS中显示,既省略了航标的维护等费用,又能够动态地对某海域航标进行适当的增减,从而更有效地保证船舶在该航线中安全地航行。
In order to solve the problems of great traffic density,narrow fairway and the safety of navigation in complicated routes,we considered to adopt the digital navigational aids by taking the Haitan Strait as a typical representative example.Through optimizing the turning parts of navigation by functional we obtained the reasonable navigation function of vessel turning and showed the AIS virtual navigational aids on both sides of the routes on the Electronic Charts,so as to solve the navigation difficulties.AIS virtual navigational aids can show the navigational aids,which do not exist at all,on the ECDIS by transmitting signals of base stations,thus we can not only save the expenses of maintenance of navigational aids,but also be able to add or reduce navigation aids dynamically in certain areas,so as to guarantee the safe navigation in the route effectively.
