港口工程后张预应力空心板设计

摘要 后张预应力空心板广泛应用于公路桥梁工程中,因其结构的安全性、经济性以及预制的规模化,越来越多地用于沿海地区的港口工程中。港口工程后张预应力空心板的设计要点包括设计荷载、截面尺寸、材料组成、截面配筋、内力计算及应力验算等。结合工程实例对上述要素进行分析,同时,对采用Dr.Bridge系统验算空心板应力进行介绍,并对港口工程中关于预应力空心板的搁置长度、保护层厚度和挠度等部分规定进行探讨。 The post-tensioned reinforced hollow slab is widely used in the highway and bridge engineering.Due to the safeness,economicalness and scaled prefabrication of the post-tensioned reinforced hollow slab structure,it is utilized more and more extensively in the coastal port engineering.This paper analyzes the main design points of post-tensioned reinforced hollow slab in one case of harbor engineering,including the design load,sectional dimensions,materials,steel distribution of section,internal force calculation and stress check,etc.Meanwhile,it introduces the hollow slab′s stress checked by Dr.Bridge software system.It also discusses some rules about the reinforced hollow slab in harbor engineering,such as the put-on length,protective coating thickness and deflection,etc.
