摘要
保税港区叠加了保税区、出口加工区、保税物流园区及港口通关的所有政策和功能,集保税区、保税物流园区、港口、出口加工区等优势于一体,从发展趋向上讲,保税港区是未来我国建设自由贸易区的先行实验区。通过对国内现有保税港区的研究发现,为实现保税港区的统一管理和统一查验,设置统一卡口和集中查验区将是未来保税港区监管设施的发展趋势。通过对国内部分已建或拟建保税港区的查验区、卡口的分析和研究,对我国保税港区集中查验区的主要监管设施及其建设规模进行分析和探讨。
The bonded seaport zone concentrates all policies and all advantages of the free trade zone,export processing zone,bonded logistics park and port.From the development trend,the bonded seaport zone is a sample area of free trade zone construction in China in the future.Through studing the existing bonded seaport zones in our country,for the unified management and unified inspection,unified gate and concentrate inspection area will be the future trend of the management facilities in the bonded seaport zone.This article analyses the main management facilities and construction scale of the bonded seaport zonethrough analyzing the present unified gate and concentrate inspection area in our country.
