摘要
近十几年来,全球突发公共卫生事件频繁发生,如何切实加强预防医学本科生公共卫生核心能力培养已成为公共卫生教育事业的重要课题。本课题组围绕"环境与人群健康"这一主线,突破实验课程按理论课程分类,以验证性实验为主的传统教学模式,打破学科界限,加强学科间知识融合,提出并实施"基础性实验—综合性实验—设计创新性实验—网络与社区实践"的实验教学模式和"三早"教学原则的人才培养模式。通过改革,实验教学与公共卫生实践训练紧密结合,交叉进行,逐步实现了启发式、互动式、研究式的实验教学模式,扩展了预防医学本科生公共卫生核心能力,为毕业生适应公共卫生服务的要求,满足区域性社会经济发展的需要打下了坚实的基础。
Over the last decade,global public health emergencies occur frequently.The important issue of public health education is how to improve public health core competence of the preventive medicine undergraduates.The research group focuses on environment and population health,aims to break through the traditional teaching mode of classification of experiment course according to the theoretical courses and mainly in verification experiment,and strengthen the integration of knowledge among different subjects.The authors have firstly proposed a new experiment teaching model from basic experiment,comprehensive experiments,designing creative experiment to network and community practice,and the "three early" training model.Then the authors put these modes into practice.Finally,they have realized experimental training mode.As a result,the core competencies for public health professionals of preventive medicine undergraduates have been expanded.This study provides a substantial foundation for graduates to meet the requirements both of the public health service and regional social economic development.
