通过总结山西医科大学90年的办学实践,从三个方面,探析地方医科院校的育人理念:始终坚持德育为先的育人理念,将医德教育与医术教育相结合,培育具有高尚职业操守、医术精良的好医生;始终坚持注重医学的实践性原则,将理论教学与实践教学相结合,培养基础扎实、技能优良的医药卫生专业人才;始终坚持面向地方、面向基层的服务定位,将教育教学与社会需求相结合,为基层培养留得住、用得上、干得好的医药卫生专业人才。

This paper analyzes the educational concept of local medical colleges and universities by summing up educational practice of Shanxi Medical University in 90 years.First,they should always adhere to educational concept of the priority of moral education,and combine moral education with medical skills education,then,cultivate excellent doctors who have noble professional ethics and perfect medical skills.Second,they should always pay attention to the principles of medical practice,and combine theory teaching with practice teaching,then cultivate medical health professionals with solid foundation and excellent skills.They should always adhere to service of location for local and grassroots,and combine instruction content with social need,then cultivate medical health professionals who can stay at the grass-roots,working hard,and contributing to the grassroots.
