摘要
在神经内科临床教学中引入脑卒中计算机模拟系统,通过虚拟现实制作模拟脑卒中患者的临床症状、诊断及治疗过程[1],让医学生通过人机交互在逼真的模拟环境中,熟悉该病的病理、生理和临床表现,使抽象的内容形象化、具体化。结果表明,脑卒中计算机病例模拟有益于帮助学生理解、记忆脑卒中临床特征;提高医学生运用基本理论分析和解决临床实际问题的能力,帮助医学生理解和体会临床个体化诊治病人的要求。
This paper introduces apoplexy computer simulation system.Through the virtual reality manufacture simulation apoplexy patients' clinical symptoms and the diagnosis and course of treatment,the medical students have been let be familiar with disease's pathology and physiological process and clinical manifestation through the man-machine interaction in the lifelike simulation case and the abstract content has been made visualized.The result indicates that the apoplexy computer case simulation is beneficial to helping students to understand and remember apoplexy clinical characteristics,which could enhance the medical students' ability to utilize the elementary theory to analyze and solve clinical actual problems and help them to understand clinical individual patients' request.
