摘要
在确定了水资源承载力的定义之后,根据最小生态需水量和适宜生态需水量分别计算了水资源可利用量的上限及下限,在此基础上用多目标方法计算了"生态一般型"、"生态良好型"及"生态良好一般型"3种方案下的水资源承载力,计算结果表明辽河流域按照水资源分区计算各三级区的水资源可以承载未来2020年和2030年的社会经济发展,但不能满足流域内灌溉需水要求。
Based on the least and adequate ecological water requirement,the lower and upper available water resources utilizing amount are calculated in this paper.Then the multi-objective algorithm is used to calculate the water resources carrying capacity with three different social and economic development modes,which include ecological maintenance mode,ecological soundness mode,and ecological soundness with water saving mode.The result shows that the water resources in Liao River basin can carry social and economic development except irrigation water requirement in the future 2020 and 2030.
