基于损失模型法的多级泵性能预测

摘要 采用J kourokawa提出的计算模型计算了叶轮内的水力损失,借鉴蜗壳内水力损失模型计算了导叶内的损失,对MD40-6.3多级导叶式清水离心泵的性能曲线进行了预测,并与实验数据进行了比较。结果表明:在设计工况附近,预测值与实验值吻合较好,在其他工况点,特别是小流量工况点,误差也较小。说明损失模型法对实际的性能预测有着较高的实用性及准确性。 The performance of multistage diffuser pump of MD40-6.3 type is forecasted by using the loss model of J.kourokawa,and the hydraulic loss in diffuser is calculated by using the model used for volute.The results show that the errors are very low comparing with the experimental data.This proves that the loss models has high practicability and accuracy for practical performance prediction.
