摘要
目的探讨贯叶连翘耐缺氧及其抗氧化作用。方法 20只昆明种小白鼠随机分成正常组(10只)和贯叶连翘组(10只),灌胃给药30min后,应用常压耐缺氧实验观察2组小鼠存活时间,考察贯叶连翘对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响;30只SD大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组和贯叶连翘组,每组10只,应用D-半乳糖制造大鼠亚急性衰老模型,采用贯叶连翘灌胃给药30d后,检测各组大鼠血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)含量,评价贯叶连翘对模型大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。结果贯叶连翘能明显延长小鼠存活时间,增强CAT、SOD及GSH-PX活性,减少模型大鼠血清MDA含量。结论贯叶连翘具有提高小鼠缺氧耐受性及明显的抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the anti-anoxi and anti-oxidative effect on hypericum perforatum.Methods 20 mices were randomly divided into normal group and hypericum perforatum group,each of 10 mices,Hypericum perforatum group were lavaged with hypericum perforatum,30 minutes later,observed the survival time of two groups mice under normal pressur and studied the anti-anoxi effect of hypericum perforatum; 30 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group and hypericum perforatum group,each of 10 mices,the model of sub-acutely aging rats were made by D-gal,the rat in hypericum perforatum group were lavaged with hypericum perforatum once a day,after 30 days,detected CAT,SOD,GSH-Px,and MDA of every experimental group by biochemical method to study the anti-oxidative effect of hypericum perforatum. Results Hypericum perforatum count prolong mice anoxia survival time,increase the activities of CAT,SOD,GSH-Px evidently,and reduce the level of MDA in aging rats. Conclusion Hypericum perforatum has obviously anti-anoxia and anti-oxidative effect.
