反相高效液相色谱法测定益康片中维生素E的含量

Determination of vitamin E in Yikang tablets by RP-HPLC

目的建立益康片中维生素E的反相高效液相色谱法的含量测定方法。方法采用迪马C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(98∶2);检测波长为285nm。结果维生素E的进样量在0.4913～4.4217μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为97.32%,RSD为1.32%。结论该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于益康片的质量控制。

Objective To establish RP-HPLC determination method for the content of vitamin E in Yikang tablets. Methods Diamonsil C18 column as stationary phase; Methanol-water（ 98∶ 2） as mobile phase; And UV detection was performed at 285nm. Results The linear range of concentration of vitamin E was 0. 4913 ～ 4. 4217μg（ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 97. 32% ,RSD was 1. 32%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Yikang tablets.
