奥美拉唑联合左氧氟沙星治疗消化性溃疡及清除幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察

The effect observation of omepragole combined with levofloxacin in peptic ulcer and eliminating helicobacter pylori infections

目的观察奥美拉唑联合左氧氟沙星对消化性溃疡的临床疗效及对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的清除率。方法消化性溃疡患者40例给予口服奥美拉唑20mg,每天2次;左氧氟沙星200mg,每天2次,疗程2周。观察用药后症状变化、溃疡愈合、Hp根除及不良反应情况。结果溃疡治愈率、Hp根除率和无效率分别为65%、90%和10%,且不良反应轻微。结论奥美拉唑联合左氧氟沙星能明显缓解消化性溃疡症状,止痛效果快,对消化性溃疡有较高的愈合率及Hp清除率,不良反应较小。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of omepragole combined with levofloxacin in peptic ulcer and the rate of eliminating helicobacter pylori（ Hp） intections. Methods 40 cases patients with peptic ulcer received omepragole 20mg,two times per day; Levofloxacin 200mg,two times per day,the course of treatment were 2 weeks. Observed situation of symptoms,ulcer healing,Hp eradication and adverse effects after treatment. Results The ulcer healing rate,Hp eliminating rate and ineffective rate were 65% ,90% and 10% ,respectively. Conclusion Omepragole combined with levofloxacin can obviously relieve the symptom of peptic ulcer and the time of stopping pain is shorter. It has higher rate of healing peptic ulcer rate of eliminating Hp and few adverse reactions.
