摘要 介绍11.2-24 6PR R-1农业拖拉机驱动轮轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径1090mm,轮胎断面宽276mm,行驶面宽度254mm,行驶面弧度高31mm,胎圈着合直径611mm,胎面着合宽度254mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.507,花纹深度34.8mm,采用人字形花纹。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体分别采用2层1400dtex/2V1和2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用手摇压辊包边成型机成型,硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,充气轮胎外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 A design of 11.2-24 6PR R-1 agricultural tractor driving tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 090 mm,cross sectional width 276 mm,width of running surface 254 mm,height of running surface 31 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 611 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0. 507,pattern depth 34. 8 mm, with the design of chevron pattern block. In construction design, the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece extruded tread,2 layers 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply;using press roll and building machine to build tires, and using autoclave to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in the design and national standard.
