摘要
试验研究增粘树脂T5600在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,以增粘树脂T5600等量替代增粘树脂T0411用于胎圈耐磨胶中,能够提高硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力,降低生热;用于胎肩垫胶中,可以提高硫化胶的弹性,改善胶料的自粘性,降低生热。成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。
The application of phenolic resin T5600 in TBR tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that,by using T5600 instead of T0411 by equal weight in the wear resistant bead compound,the hardness and modulus of vulcanizate increased, and the heat build-up decreased. By using T5600 instead of T0411 by equal weight in the shoulder pad compound,the rebound resilience of vulcanizate increased, the tackiness improved, and the heat build-up decreased. The endurance performance of finished tire was improved.
