均匀剂UB4000在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用

Application of homogenizer UB4000 in inner liner of TBR tire

研究采用绿色环保的均匀剂UB4000等量替代均匀剂40MS对全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶的影响。结果表明,采用两种均匀剂的胶料硫化特性、物理性能以及气密性差别不大;采用均匀剂UB4000的成品轮胎使用寿命与正常生产轮胎基本相当。

The application of environment-friendly homogenizer UB4000 to replace 40MS by equal weight in inner liner compound of TBR tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, the curing behavior, physical properties and air tightness of compounds with those two different homogenizers were similar,and the finished tire with UB4000 had the same usage life as the normal product.
