汽车起重机力矩限制器软硬件系统的抗干扰设计 被引量:1

摘要 力矩限制器作为安全保护装置,稳定性和可靠性是最为关键的部分。针对力矩限制器工作在较为恶劣的工作现场环境,容易受到外界干扰信号影响的情况,本文着重阐述了汽车力矩限制器的软硬件抗干扰设计方法。设计了性能可靠稳定的隔离开关电源,可以保证系统电源的纯净,线性模拟信号隔离电路的设计可以进一步降低干扰信号对系统的稳定性和可靠性的影响;软件抗干扰措施主要采用uC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统保障多任务的协同运行和不同任务间可靠切换,软件数字滤波可进一步抑制干扰信号对系统的冲击。通过现场调试和装机实验验证了该力矩限制器具有较强的抗干扰能力和较高的工作稳定性。 The truck crane lifting moment limiter,as a safety protection device,takes stability and reliability as the most critical part.Considering that the truck crane lifting moment limiter could be affected by the jam signal,this article focuses on the automotive torque limiter interference of hardware and software design.The pure power for the system was guranteed by using isolation DC/DC convertor.Interferential signal could be greatly restrained by the design of analog signals linear isolation circuit.Besides the hardware's measure,software ways to anti-jamming were alse used.The system program should run efficiently via the embedded operating system uC/OS-Ⅱ direction.The jam signal could be effectively restricted through the agency of software filter.The system was approved having higher anti-jamming performance by field test.
