摘要
本文采用ANSYS作为有限元分析软件,建立硬质合金可转位刀片的有限元模型,并加载求解,进行分析,计算出刀具的最大应力、应变等,从而得出在切削加工过程中刀具内应力和变形的规律,为硬质合金可转位刀片的优化设计提供了理论依据。
A theoretic model of finite element about turning cemented carbide indexable inserts is constructed,then using finite element method based on soft ANSYS to analyze the displace field and stress field,calculating the maximum displacement and stress and strain,et cetera.Thus this article obtains the internal stress and distortion rule of the tool in the machining process,and provides the theory basis for optimized design of the turning cemented carbide indexable inserts.
