调查分析表明,皖北地区尚存大量的厂房正在被拆除或面临拆除,如果一味的拆除而不去考虑有些工业建筑具有着历史和可再生的价值,往往也是一种浪费,因此对它们进行更新改造的探索,在城市发展和历史的延续上有着深远的意义。本文针对地处安徽北部地区工业建筑的保护与再生利用的价值和改造对策上进行探讨,从对工业建筑的认识入手,到工业建筑的价值,最后提出改造对策。

A survey and analysis shows that a large number of factories in Northern Anhui are being demolished or about to be demolished.Demolishing the factories without considering their historical and reproductive values will be a kind of waste.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to renovate and reform these factories,and promote urban developmert and historic continuation.This article discusses the protection of industrial buildings in Northern Anhui and probes into the reproductive values and renovative measures of these buildings.
