摘要
通过深入调研,发现农业补贴还存在不少的问题,需要加以补充和完善。本文从探索建立差价补贴制度、建立补贴资金与农业成本变动相协调的联动机制及建立比较完善的农业补贴法律制度体系等方面,探索新思路以提高农业补贴的实效性。
An in-depth research shows that there are still many agricultural subsidy issues,needing to be supplemented and improved.This anticle explores the establishment of this post from the subsidy system,the establishment of the cost of changes in agricultural subsidies in coordination with the linkage mechanism and establishment of a relatively complete system of agricultural subsidies and other aspects of the legal system.New ideas to improve the effectiveness of agricultural subsidies are also explored.
