大学生师源性焦虑成因及对策探讨

摘要 本文以在安徽财经大学、安徽科技学院、蚌埠医学院、皖南医学院开展的师源性焦虑调查数据为基础,通过问卷和半结构式访谈对在校大学生师源性焦虑具体表现、特殊危害性、主要来源进行调查,并在此基础上探讨如何通过有效教育来避免师源性焦虑,为当前高校进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育提供借鉴。 The paper is based on the data of teacher-originated anxiety investigation which is developed in four colleges: Anhui University of Finance and Economics,Anhui Science and Technology University,Bengbu Medical College,and Wannan Medical College.In the process,SAS questionnaire was used and the data was analyzed by ideological and political education,mental health education.By using the questionnaires and semi-structural interview,the representation,extreme harms and main sources were surveyed,and we also discussed how to avoid teacher-originated anxiety through effective education,which can provide reference for enhancing and improving ideological and political education among college students.
