Research on the Causes of Medical College Students' Interpersonal Conflict and the Countermeasures in the Ideological and Political Education

在医学院校中,医学生由于课程多,学习压力大,平时参与集体活动相对不足,相当一部分学生缺少人际交往的锻炼机会,因而会表现出了人际关系方面的问题,甚至会导致人际冲突,对大学生健康成长的产生一定影响。思想政治教育是一种人际交往行为,也是各种人际交往的过程,人际交往是思想政治教育的重要载体,在人际交往中进行思想政治教育,是思想政治教育理论与实践相结合的创新契入点,对于提高思想政治教育效果,解决困扰大学生的人际冲突,构建和谐校园具有积极意义。

Medical students in medical colleges are faced with many courses,high pressure in study,and insufficient participation in group activities.Consequently,a considerable number of students lack the opportunity of interpersonal interaction,and have the problems of interpersonal relationships,which causes a certain impact on the healthy growth of college studerts.Ideolgical and political education is a kind of interactional behavior,and a process involing various interpersonal interaction.Interpersonal interaction is an important carrier of ideological and political education.Carrying out ideological and political education,combining theory with practice,is of positive significamce to enhancing the effects of ideological and political education,settling the interpersonal conflicts among college students,and establishing a harmonious campus.
