护士与血管外科手术患者对健康知识需求认知的调查分析

Nurses and Patients with Vascular Surgery for Health Knowledge Needs in the Investigation and Analysis of the Cognition

目的了解血管外科手术患者及护士对健康知识需求的认知,分析两者间的异同,指导临床护士改进健康教育内容及方法。方法采用问卷调查法,分别对患者和护士进行一般情况与健康知识需求调查,进行统计学分析。结果护士与患者对健康知识需求的认知有差异性。结论 (1)护士对患者健康知识的需求程度认知不足;(2)对患者健康知识宣传方面,护士发挥作用明显不足。

Objective Learn vascular surgery patients and nurses on the health needs of the cognitive knowledge, analyze the similarities and differences between patients and nurses and improve the content and methods of clinic nurses for health education. Methods Using the method of questionnaire, We asked separately patients and nurses in general health knowledge and needs survey and carried out statistical analysis. Results Nurses and health needs of patients have cognitive differences. Concusions （1）Health knowledge of nurses on the patients perception are lack.（2）Health knowledge for patients publicity, nurses obviously play an inadequate role.
