Lü Bicheng is a legendary figure in Chinese contemporary history,who breaks the feudal hindrances and devotes herself to the thinking of the educational background.Her advocation of education as national founding,women emancipation,diligence,and education practice form a valuble conception of women＇s education.So she is known as the earliest woman educator in Tianjin in Chinese contemporary history.
